UMass football kicks off the 2026 season Thursday night at Rutgers, and Minuteman Command is hosting a watch party in Springfield.
Fans are invited to join us at Nathan Bill’s Bar & Restaurant for Thursday night’s season-opener, which kicks off at 6 p.m.
The game will feature a pair of Springfield Central products playing prominent roles for the Minutemen, quarterback Pop Watson and wide receiver Joseph Griffin.
Come out to Nathan Bill’s for food, drinks and a chance to watch the beginning of Year 2 under UMass head coach Joe Harasymiak with fellow Minutemen fans.
