From UMass Athletics
University of Massachusetts football has announced the additions of Emma Kimble as the Director of Football On-Campus Recruiting & Administrative Operations and Caleb Holfoth as the Director of High School Recruiting.
Kimble arrives after serving as Fordham’s Assistant Athletic Director of Football Operations, while Holfoth previously worked for Syracuse’s football program and most recently served as a sales representative with FirstDown PlayBook.
Emma Kimble
Before joining UMass in April 2025, Kimble served as Fordham’s Assistant Athletic Director for Football Operations, following four years as the Rams’ Head Football Manager and Assistant Director. She managed day-to-day football operations, including team travel, budget oversight, player & alumni relations and staff supervision.
A 2024 Fordham graduate with a degree in Communications & Media Studies, Kimble oversaw official and gameday visits while managing a student support staff of 20 to execute recruiting deliverables. She also oversaw the team’s social media platforms, increasing engagement by 99% since assuming responsibilities in 2021. For her contributions to Fordham’s football program, Kimble was the recipient of the 2023 Patrick Kenneally Award, presented to a Fordham student who serves the Athletic Department in capacities other than athletic participation.
From 2023 to 2024, Kimble worked with AD99 Solutions as an Executive Leadership Intern. She supported founder Aaron Donald and the Executive Board with AD99’s promotion by attending community events, formulating invigorated marketing campaigns, and assisting with fundraising efforts. Kimble also has NFL experience, serving as a Corporate Partnerships Gameday Intern with the New York Jets in 2023 and a Digital Media Intern with the New York Giants in 2022. Kimble was chosen as an NFL Women’s Forum Participant at the NFL Combine in 2024.
Caleb Holfoth

At FirstDown PlayBook, Holfoth collaborated with high school, college and youth coaches, delivering comprehensive onboarding and staff demonstrations to help maximize coaching efficiency. He was responsible for creating visual content for marketing campaigns, managing the sales software database and serving as the primary point of contact for the Atlantic and West Coast user base during the football season.
While at Syracuse, Holfoth served as the interim director of recruiting operations during a coaching transition, overseeing the planning and execution of 50+ official visits and multiple junior days. He developed a system to proactively identify top transfer portal prospects to enhance recruiting efficiency and managed communication with high school recruits and coaches across the Northeast, particularly in New York, New Jersey and New England. Additionally, he handled the Commit2Cuse Twitter account to engage recruits and distribute recruiting materials and maintained the ARMS recruiting database with up-to-date information.
A graduate of St. John’s University, Holfoth also has experience with Prep Redzone (Regional Scout), Pro Football Focus (Data Collection Analyst) and is a former WSJU Radio Sports Director.
