2026 RB Tauqeer (TK) Davis Commits To UMass

D.C. Running Back Tauqeer Davis decides to join the Minutemen over rival MAC schools

Washington, D.C. running back Tauqeer Davis has publicly announced his commitment to UMass, choosing them over rival MAC teams.

The D.C. native received Akron, Buffalo, Delaware State, Kent State, Marshall, Memphis, Pittsburgh, Rhode Island, Syracuse, Toledo, UConn and Virginia Tech before deciding that UMass is the best fit for him.

The Minutemen officially offered the 5-foot-10, 190-pound junior back on May 6th. His official visit was on June 20.

Davis currently attends Archbishop Carroll, where he has a 3.0 GPA.

It will be interesting to see how running backs coach Jeremy Larkin utilizes Davis in an already deep position group.
